Low self esteem and a lack of confidence is a very common issue.  It can prevent people from expressing their opinions, standing up for themselves, cause them to avoid situations and create anxiety.  

Low self esteem is widespread and can include a wide range of thoughts, behaviours and symptoms. Some of the most common symptoms include;

  • Reduced self confidence
  • Doubt in your abilities 
  • A focus on negative thoughts and behaviours
  • Feeling inferior to others
  • Fear of failure
  • Feelings of worthlessness
  • Depression and/or anxiety
  • Feelings of not deserving  to be/have more
  • Concerns about what others think of you
  • Emotional distress
  • Unable to accept compliments

Low self esteem does not have to include all of these things, just one is often a cause of concern for people.  By identifying which issues are causing you concern we can assist you to move into a more empowered and confident way of thinking and living. 

Assisting people to create more confidence  does not require an in-depth assessment of past history.  By developing new patterns of feelings, thought and behaviours, confidence becomes a result.  We can also eliminate any limiting beliefs or events that may have impacted on feelings of confidence.  This will  assist to create a greater feeling of empowerment.  

Your life is what your thoughts make it, so a more positive way of thinking creates positive feelings about self.  This enable everything to change and people to feel empowered, and that they have choice to be who they desire  to be.
